What we collect and why
- Contact & sales: details you submit so we can respond. Basis: contract steps & legitimate interests.
- Demo/booking: meeting info if you schedule a call. Basis: contract steps & legitimate interests.
- Operational logs & security: to keep the site reliable. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Analytics: cookie-less analytics on legitimate interests, or cookies only after your consent.
Do you have to give data?
Only what’s needed to respond or book a call. If not provided, we may not be able to assist.
Retention
- Enquiries/sales threads: up to 24 months after last interaction.
- Contract & billing: 10 years.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
- Analytics: aggregated, per provider defaults.
Who processes your data
Hosting/CDN (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics), booking (Calendly). We sign GDPR terms; transfers outside the EEA rely on SCCs or adequacy where relevant.
Your rights
